Products & prices
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Review the product description, dimensions, finish and included items before purchasing. The collection is decorative iron wall baskets for indoor use. Flowers, containers and styling props are not included. Distressed finishes and lighting or screen settings can affect how a color appears. We do not promise load capacity, weather resistance or waterproof performance.
Payments & authorization
When submitting payment through an available payment service, you authorize the amount shown at checkout for the purchase you request. Please provide accurate billing and contact information and use a payment method you are authorized to use.
Order submission & acceptance
Review your items, address and total before submitting a purchase. Submitting a purchase request does not by itself establish that payment has completed or that an order has been accepted. Acceptance will be communicated expressly when an order is accepted. If an issue affects a purchase request or fulfillment, we will contact you to resolve it in accordance with applicable law.
Shipping
Free standard shipping is offered within our confirmed delivery area. Handling is estimated at 1–2 business days and transit after dispatch at 3–4 business days, for an estimated total of 4–6 business days. The detailed cutoff, working-day rules and exclusions are in our Shipping Policy.
Returns & refunds
Our Return & Refund Policy sets out the 30-day request window, return condition requirements, authorization process, who pays return postage, and refunds within 10 calendar days after approval. Damage, defects and incorrect items are assessed separately from change-of-mind returns.
Use & care
Follow the product-specific care guidance. Use suitable wall fixings for your wall type; fixings are not included. Do not directly fill the basket with water or soil. Use a separate non-leaking container where needed.
